Working principle

Grey water — from bathing, wash basins and laundry — is far less contaminated than sewage. It is collected in a separate line, screened, and passed through biological or media-based treatment.

After filtration and disinfection the water is stored for non-potable reuse: toilet flushing, landscaping and cooling make-up. Dual plumbing keeps the recycled line fully separate.
